Addition of production shift/hour option, only days can be chosen.

Example, if a production order is received at one minute to midnight that counts as DAY 1. If you run a 2 DAY turnaround you are left with 1 DAY and 1 MINUTE to complete the order. Can shift hourly sliders/fields be added to Deconetwork?

  I've added this request, it seems like such a basic requirement I'm still surprised it's not an option
