Inventory Management

It would be extremely helpful to have some sort of way to do an inventory check. When times are slower in the winter month of January or February, we try to do some count checks on our inventory. It is near impossible to do that efficiently with the way the inventory works. Unless there is some way we have not seen. Sometimes our numbers are off and we don't find out until we are close to running the order. Not good. 

It would also be awesome to be able to know if someone has taken items out of inventory and placed them with the order they go to. There is no indication that the items have been physically set with the order. It just automatically says it is received.

It would also be nice to be able to override, inventory on an order-to-order basis. When I  am ordering, sometimes I need to switch out a G200 for a G500 or G800, but they all don't look the same. If I already have some of that order in inventory, I don't know that from a purchasing standpoint. So now I have G200 and G500 or whatever mixed in the same order. We don't like to do that if we can help it, but as far as we see there is no indication, besides physically going to inventory pull for every order. That is not conducive to the way our shop runs. There would need to be a way to see what is being pulled from inventory while in the purchasing screen, so you have a clear look at what you are doing.
