Switch Tax with or without toggle

Need a Toggle widget on website front page that customers can switch to show either Including Tax or Excluding Tax.
Most commerce websites have this feature and we need to have.
Currently you can only go into admin and change settings to show either with tax or without - but this doesnt help a customer...

Really important in the UK. Our main site is B2B who expect to see no tax, but we also have stores we want to setup for B2C clients who expect to see it included. As far as I can tell there is currently no way to do this as the setting seems to be account wide.
It doesn't help that there is no option to always include tax in the cart when logged out (or at least they haven't entered the shipping address yet, which is normally the case). We have added a note in bright red at the top of the cart, but it's very confusing for retail customers and doesn't give a very professional look!
