Art numbers

All artwork should be given design numbers that should stick with the design. This will help on any reorders for production team pull the correct films/files for the order. Going by a design name does not always correlate with the person pulling the files - and there may be slight variations between images.

A strategy I am trying to implement is deleting files from customers that are not good art files. That way, what is in DecoNetwork is only good finalized art files with good names! This can be tedious and some extra work but isn't naming the files up to you? Taylor, what are you currently doing to ensure the correct files are used other than what you suggested here? Any tips and tricks?
