Customer Alter Shipping Address

We need for clients to be able to update shipping address on orders before we actually mark as shipped. We print for several trade clients who need Shipping to addresses for bands on tour - which changes constantly depending on when the order is produced. It’s too time consuming for them to email us, then having to manually change the address ourselves.
