conversion of the fonts

Hi, I have a complaint because the embroidery on the hoodie is coming loose. It must have something to do with the automatic embroidery file creation. Has it ever happened that the embroidery came loose after trimming/cutting the connecting threads. I would actually like it to be sewn and cut after each letter. 

Customer complaints about embroidery coming loose are more expensive than the machine sewing and cutting properly after the letters.
