Make Pucharse Order Report Better

On the PO Report add the option to see a column with the date the product was marked as "received", that will give us very interesting data on how long it takes from the ordering to the delivery.

Be able to Remove addresses from the "Delivery Address" list of the Purchase Orders. You currently can't delete any of those addresses

I think these are very easy things that can be added...
