Record Wates AFTER Delivery to the Client

Sometimes we do not know an item is damaged until the client receives it and let us know about it.

The Production section has a "Waste" option, but you cannot use it if the item is already marked as produced and much less if it is already marked as shipped.

It would be great to have an option to mark damaged items when the order is on "shipped" and also be able to get that information as a report.
