Customer discount based on the total price

We would like to ask if we can add a feature for discounts that will be based on the total price of the listed items and not the total quantity of the product items.

Ex. the discount is for the total amount regardless of how many 22" x 12", 22" x 36, or 22" x 60" they get. Like if their subtotal before tax shipping and rush orders are $200-$799, it automatically gives them 10% off, and if the total is $800 and up, it gives them 25% off.
