Would be great if there was a video that I could send new and existing customers so they can learn to place their orders and reorders online, and not have to waste our office managers time with calls and emails.

  Hey Curt Harris, DecoNetwork does not have plans to create such a video since each licensees business is unique. Many licensees create this type of video themselves though. You might consider creating one for your business.
