Allow Non Embroidery Files to be uploaded to designer

Non emb files are allowed to be added from visitors to my site, I would like to be able to do the same as would my affiliate sites. Sometimes we add designs and if they are not popular or don't sell, we do not require the emb file. Therefore, it is a waste of time and money to create a file just to upload it.

  im with you on this, we use an external digitiser - im currently setting a store up for a new client, and he's not ready to pay for the digitising just yet, but im unable to finish the store with out it. 
  It's possible to upload other files in business hub but not in stores.
