Add Afterpay

Seeing as the old request went somewhere, please add Afterpay urgently.

According to DecoNetwork, they have tried adding Afterpay but can't get anywhere unless all of us request an integration directly to Afterpay. Please send them a message on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/afterpay.it
