Sales Tax Exempt - Reason Field

Please add the option (drop down preferred) to give a reason for tax exemption status on an order.  I have these exemptions setup but there is nowhere on an invoice to choose them.  Our state department requires that we identifiy tax exemption by Governent Sales, Out of State, Reseller, or Sales Tax Free Holiday.
