Would like Volume/Quantity discount option based on items added to shopping basket - therefore two options one against discount based on volume by item and then an option to select/switch to discount based on volume added to shopping cart

  Hey Les Stephens, this should already be possible. When configuring a volume discount, there is an option Appy over all order items which would consider quantity across all items in the cart which are assigned to the same volume discount table.
