Collegiate and Professional Sport Royalties

We print for Collegiate sports which all include a 14+% royalty. We need an option for online stores for "pre decorated products" to have a royalty. We do many fundraisers, where we add commissions for the customer, but the product also needs to have a royalty calculated in the cost.
