Gift certificate bulk uploading and bulk actions

We need a name and email attached to the gift card upload info csv files so that emailing list can be created, codes assigned and sent through deco.  Most people want to directly email their list of recipients vs. handing out a physical piece of paper so a bulk feature is needed.  

This doesn't need to be complicated, Just like when we create 1 gift card within Deco! Its perfect, now to create a bulk upload version! Once they are all created in bulk we need a a few basic bulk actions available also.  Bulk send, Bulk delete, etc. Sent status and gift card grouping/sorting features would be great too !
