Make a Purchase with no delivery required

Recently we have had a good customer asking if we could offer the following service  -

  • Collect Tournament Entry Fees 
  • Collect Subscriptions

Does anyone know if its possible to disable the delivery options and make it a simple sale with a custom message ?
