Allowing a limit/$ amount on number of items for Coupon Codes

Currently we can only have a minimum order value, but we do not have the option of having a maximum order value or limiting to a number of items. Mostly I have had at least 10 clients request to limit the code to 1 item that they want to gift but we do not have that option, nor an option to put a max dollar amount.
