Ability to mark decoration completed instead of a whole product in production

From a production monitoring stand point it would be nice to see how much of larger jobs are being completed in a day. Currently we can only mark an entire item as produced. But what do you do if you have 800 units with multiple locations and no way to mark say the 300 front silk screens produced. I feel the production job needs to be broken down into locations and move through production as an entire unit and individually.
