Limiting Volume Discounts to Blank Products

Given that we can apply reduced decoration pricing based on quantity per decoration process, we would like to disable volume discounts on decorated products and limit them to blank products only.

While there is an existing option to 'Apply to base price only (don't include decorations)', this discount will apply to the blank product price and additionally the reduced pricing from our pricing table would apply.

We want the volume discounts to apply to blank products only; Once a customer adds a decoration via the designer the volume discounts will be disabled.
