Keeping the Sales Assign on one person

Every time I switch between Quotes, Orders, etc, it DELETES the Sales Assign filter for me to see my own orders. I'd like to see a feature where any Account can be set up to filter out their own orders, quotes, work, etc automatically without having to keep changing the filter box
