Allow uploading a custom art approval PDF

For customer supplied items or complex items, it would be nice to be able to attach an external PDF proof to send to the customer through the same artwork approval portal. This way the customer can open the PDF and then approve the actual items they supplied. Right now we are having to send the proof in a separate email.
