Attachments, Art Approvals & Production Worksheets Show Up in a Pop-Up Window vs Downloading

Currently, everything has to download, all attachments, art approvals and production worksheets. These should pop up in a viewing window and not download each time. This includes attachments in Internal Notes. Our computers have a LOT of downloads and yes we can delete, but a pop up window would be better.

  Yes this definitely makes sense.

  Especially if our graphic designers have both business hub and illustrator/corel open, and need to reference customers selected pantone colours.

  We are trying to stay digital and go paperless, not have to pass around paperwork with orders in the shop.

  Each department (eg. screen printing, embroidery, vinyl) should be able to login to business hub and find their job details when viewing an order in the production tab.

  View option was added to most sheets in BH on the last update 8.508

  This new feature is great on the artwork approvals and production tabs.  

  Is it possible for the same feature to be added to order internal notes that have files attached?  Currently if a file is attached into internal notes of an order it automatically downloads. It would be great if you could just view the attachment larger and not download or have it be an option to view or download.  Similar to the artwork approvals and production tabs.
