Remove the Notification Bar

Allow for us to remove the notification bar that appears at the top of Business Hub when PO's are created, Jobs are Produced/Shipped etc.

When notifications pop up it freezes the screen and when a lot of notifications appear one after the other it prevents you clicking or opening anything.  On the overview page when notifications pop up it closes any expanded orders and is generally just an annoyance!
