I would like there to be a way to keep track of orders that need to be reprocessed due to employee error and a total of revenue lost due to reprocessed orders. 

This would require a reprocess option when generating an order. This could be a button similar to the "override price button" that would allow you to override the price but also record the statistic of "Lost Revenue" by taking the difference between original price of the order and the override price.
