Map Colors for all decoration processes like Screen Printing Does

At the moment Screen Printing has a few features that other decoration processes should also have the ability to control. 

1. Unit Price = Total amount of pieces decorated using the same artwork, independent of the line item. 

2. Limit Colors = Only allow uploaded artwork to use colors within the color palette. If a customer uploads artwork and we don't allow "The Color Slider" we are saying we don't want the customer to be able to use any color, but instead the colors used for the artwork must come from the pre-defined color palette. 

For digital printing processes this is not a problem, but one color vinyl, rhinestones, laser engraving, it definitely is. What is the point of a color palette if all it controls is what colors can be used when adding text?
