Option for emails to come only from sales staff

Right now when our production team marks something as produced, an email goes to the customer from the production teams email address.

This is not good because our production team is not working with customers. The customers respond to that email about future orders or questions they may have.

I would like the ability to override this from the email and order template page to only send customer emails from sales staff.
