Additional Fees Line added to custom template

Hi, 

Please can someone help with this... apparently it is not a support ability.

I want to add the line highlighted into a custom template, however without the tax included.

I don't need the whole table above it that the standard template creates but i am struggling to isolate the HTML that will pull the correct line, let alone the formula that will remove the tax element from it,
