Greater Autonomy over Decorated Product / settings that carry from a blank product

Rather than having to clone multiple blank products to create multiple variations of a decorated product, swap some of the functions and make them available at the decorated process stage, rather than blank process stage. This means you can utilise the blank product, but have more settings at a decorated level that you can enable or disable, depending if its needed. I.E  Custom fields, sizing options, Tax exempt. etc
