Quote followup email template

Somewhat like abandoned cart I would like an automatic email to go out as a followup a certain number of days after we send the quote. I think this could be done once the "quote sent" button has been pressed. Like abandoned cart, we could set all of the email info in there. 

This actually already happens if you send a quote to a customer and they go to pay but then leave, they get an abandoned cart email.
