Make TRACKING # a link in the Shipping List Screen

In the Business Hub > Shipping page list, after the items are shipped the tracking number shows up in the list as text only.

Can we make the Tracking # in the list view a link to check the status, just like you would when viewing the Shipped Order > Shipment?
