Hello,
I would like to suggest a feature for future development, and I hope your team could consider it. Based on our actual needs, our affiliate stores offer embroidery services where end customers can upload an image they like to be embroidered.

However, the system currently does not calculate the stitch count accurately for images uploaded by customers. Therefore, we would really appreciate having an additional pricing method that calculates embroidery based on the size selected for the uploaded image when it is placed in the decoration area.

  The system already does this, although it's not very accurate. It will not be accurate for all design types, thin font, vs. a very heavy fill design. 
  
  You can tweak it in: decoration processes > decoration pricing > approx. stitch count per square inch. and find an average that works for you.
  
  The stitch estimation of an uploaded image is very inaccurate, I think that is what needs to be fixed. It also completely ignores the design/content of the embroidery placeholder image.

  Thank you, Chris. I have seen this setting (stitch count per square cm). However, the stitch count shown in the Designer, which is estimated from the design size, can be quite different from the actual stitch count in a real embroidery file. This may confuse customers. Therefore, having a pricing method clearly based on the decoration size would be more straightforward and easier to understand.
