Allow multiple file uploads to Quote/Contact request forms

The current contact form and quote request form only allow a single file per upload button.

Customers should be able to attach multiple files with a single action, like on nearly any modern website. A drag on drop interface would be nice. 

The current work around is to add 4+ separate file upload buttons which looks ridiculous and just adds user friction.
