Ability to Disable or Archive Previously Ordered Product Configurations

We would like to request a feature that allows previously ordered product configurations to be disabled or archived.

Currently, when a customer updates their artwork (for example, changing from uppercase to lowercase), we can replace or delete the artwork from the customer designs area. However, any products that were previously ordered with the old artwork still remain visible and selectable.

This creates two key issues:

1. Customers can reorder outdated items
   Customers are able to reorder products that use old or incorrect artwork, which can lead to mistakes and additional admin time correcting orders.
2. Staff can select incorrect versions when quoting
   When creating quotes or new orders, previously ordered products with outdated artwork still appear as selectable options. This increases the risk of staff choosing the wrong version.

Expected Behaviour:

We would like the ability to:

• Disable or archive previously ordered product configurations
• Prevent them from being reordered by customers
• Hide or flag them clearly within the system so staff cannot accidentally select them

Additional Notes:

We understand that order history must be preserved, however this feature would allow businesses to maintain clean and accurate product selections going forward without affecting historical data.

This would significantly reduce errors and improve workflow efficiency, especially for businesses that frequently update or revise customer artwork.
