"Quantity Discounts for" Spacing between tables issue

does the "off" spacing between tables bother anyone else? I have requested this be altered as standard as it affects all users who haven't installed custom CSS, the suggestion was just to customise the CSS, but I think as its an error with the standard format it should just be altered by spacing correctly
