Be able to format the notes section in the purchase orders

Just like this text box I am typing in, be able to number, bullet point, bold, italicize etc the Notes in the Purchase Orders. Right now you can't even press enter to skip a line between sections of notes.

  So all of our notes for our receiving dept look like this:

  Ability to add line breaks is coming in the next update. That functionality was there but lost when barcode scanning was implemented.
