Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
Why use this feature?
Your plan and billing settings on this page are retained by the system and used throughout your account's workflows. Your Current plan determines which features and store limits are available to you. Your Next Renewal Due date drives when your next billing charge occurs. And your cancellation status (active, pending review, or withdrawn) determines whether renewal billing continues and what appears in your Admin dashboard alerts. Reviewing this page regularly helps you:
- Confirm you're on the right plan for your current business needs
- Avoid surprise charges by tracking your renewal date
- Change plans with a clear view of any pro-rated charges before you confirm
- Cancel with confidence, knowing exactly when your services will stop
View your Membership Subscription
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
-
Browse to Admin → Account. → Membership Subscription
The Membership Subscription page opens and displays your plan details:
- Current plan: the plan you're subscribed to
- Monthly fee: your current subscription cost
- Plan started: the date your current plan began
- Next Renewal Due: the date your plan will next renew and bill

These details are what the system references whenever it calculates your next charge or checks which features your account can access, so it's worth confirming they're current any time your plan changes.
Change your plan
-
From the Membership Subscription page, select Change Plan.
The Change Plan page page opens, showing the plans available and a field to enter a coupon code, if you have one.
-
Select a new plan from the Select Plan dropdown list.
Any new charges are displayed before you confirm.
Pro rata applies for subscription downgrades, so any credit for your current billing period is factored into the new charge shown before you confirm. -
Click the Change Plan button to confirm.
The Change Plan button will appear at the bottom of the page after you have selected a new plan.
Once confirmed, your new plan and monthly fee are retained on the Membership Subscription page and used for your next renewal charge and for determining which features are available on your account going forward.
Cancel your Membership Subscription
From the Membership Subscription page, select Cancel Membership Subscription.
- Review the retention offer shown before your cancellation is processed:
- 50% off your next month: applied automatically where possible. If it can't be applied automatically, you'll see instructions for having it applied to your account. This offer is available once per account, so if you've already redeemed it on a previous cancellation attempt, it won't be offered again.
- Book a 1-on-1 consultation: schedule time with the DecoNetwork team to work through any issues you're running into.
- Raise a ticket: contact support about a specific problem instead of cancelling.
- If you'd like to proceed, select Confirm Cancellation.
- Confirm your request: select Yes, Cancel my Membership to continue, or Go Back to stop.
- Your cancellation request is submitted for review. A Cancellation Confirmed message displays, confirming your request was received and the date your services will stop.
Once your request is pending, the Cancel Membership Subscription button on the Membership Subscription page is replaced with a Withdraw Cancellation Request button, and an alert appears on your Admin dashboard noting the pending request, with links to edit or withdraw it.
Withdraw a pending cancellation request
- Go to Admin → Account → Membership Subscription, or select the link in the pending-cancellation alert on your Admin dashboard.
- Select Withdraw Cancellation Request.
Your subscription continues uninterrupted, the dashboard alert clears, and the Cancel Membership Subscription button returns.
Best Practices
- Check your Next Renewal Due date before making plan changes, so you understand how a change lines up with your next charge.
- Review the retention offer options before cancelling. A short consultation or a raised ticket can often resolve the issue that prompted the cancellation.
- Confirm the service end date in your cancellation confirmation message so your team can plan around it.
- If you change your mind after submitting a cancellation request, withdraw it promptly from the Membership Subscription page to avoid any disruption once the review completes.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The 50% discount wasn't applied automatically.
Cause: Some billing configurations require the discount to be applied manually.
Solution: Follow the on-screen instructions shown on the retention offer screen, or raise a ticket for the Client Services team to apply it for you.
Problem: The Cancel Membership Subscription button isn't showing.
Cause: A cancellation request is already pending review.
Solution: Check the Membership page for a Withdraw Cancellation Request button, or check your Admin dashboard for the pending-cancellation alert.
Problem: The retention offer no longer shows the 50% discount.
Cause: The discount has already been redeemed once on this account.
Solution: This is expected. You can still book a 1-on-1 consultation or raise a ticket from the same screen.
