Resetting walkthroughs and videos will re-enable the display of these aids if the team member account has previously clicked the "don't show" checkbox associated with the video or walkthrough, or have previously viewed it. This can be useful if DecoNetwork upgrades to new features, implements new walkthroughs, or you have a new team member take over an existing team member account. As an Admin you may reset the walkthroughs and videos for all users, otherwise, you may reset the walkthroughs and videos for your own account.
Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to reset all team member accounts
To Reset Video and Walkthrough Display as an Admin:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Account > Team Members.
- Select Edit for the team member account to reset.
The walkthroughs section at the bottom of the team member account page contains the necessary configuration options.
- Show Walkthroughs toggles the display of walkthroughs for the account. Turn ON to display walkthroughs.
- Reset Walkthroughs will force the account to start all walkthroughs from the start wherever a walkthrough appears in DecoNetwork.
- Show Videos toggles the display of videos for the account. Turn ON to display videos.
- Reset Videos will force the account to display all videos wherever a video appears in DecoNetwork.
- When done, click Save.
To Reset Video and Walkthrough Display for Your Own Account:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Account in the Top Bar.
- Click Team Member Settings.
