- You must be on the Premium or Enterprise plan.
- You must have Administrator or Production Manager permission.

Step 1: Enable the Production Files Sync App
Outcome: The Production Files Sync functionality becomes available in your DecoNetwork system.
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin and select the yellow + Apps Store button at the bottom of the Main Menu.
- Scroll to the Order Configuration section.
- Locate the Production Files Sync app.
- Click Add now.
- Click on the I Agree to the above Fees button in the confirmation popup.
Step 2: Activate a Cloud Storage Provider
Outcome: DecoNetwork is connected to your selected cloud storage provider for automatic file synchronization.
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.

Browse to Admin → Settings → Production & Order Settings → Production Files Sync.
- Locate the storage provider you want to use.

Click Activate Now.
Click Activate Now to connect your chosen provider
You will be taken to the Connect To... configuration screen for your chosen storage provider.

Complete the authorization steps for the selected provider.
The connected storage provider becomes the destination used throughout your production workflow whenever production files are synchronized.
Step 3: Configure Sync Options
Outcome: You control which file types are automatically synchronized for production use.
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.

Browse to Admin → Settings → Production & Order Settings → Production Files Sync.

Scroll down to the Production File Sync Options section.
- Configure the Production File Sync Options as required.
- Sync alternate format production file: Includes alternate production-ready formats when files are synchronized.
- Sync source files: Includes original source artwork files when files are synchronized.
- Click Save.
Step 4: Configure When Files Are Synced
Outcome: Production files are synchronized automatically at the correct stage of your production workflow.
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.

Browse to Admin → Settings → Production & Order Settings → Production Files Sync.

Scroll down to the Production File Sync Status section.
- Select the preferred synchronization timing:
- As soon as production files are ready for download: Files are synchronized immediately after production files are generated.
- Once order is ready for production: Files are synchronized only after payment requirements are met, purchase orders are ordered or received, and artwork is approved.

Click Save.
Synchronizing files only when the order is ready for production helps ensure production staff work from approved and production-ready jobs.
