When you downgrade your DecoNetwork plan to a lower-level subscription, you will lose certain tools and features that are only available on the higher plans. This means that certain data may be lost as well. To see the feature differences between plans, click here.
When considering downgrading, keep in mind that your data may be impacted in the following ways:
Orders
All orders will remain in the Business Hub if you downgrade your plan regardless of where the orders originated from (i.e. affiliate stores, campaigns). So, even if you downgrade to a plan that does not have multiple stores or campaign capabilities, your orders will still be accessible.
Products
If you downgrade from a multi-store plan to a single-store plan, your decorated products on the non-primary sites will be purged.
Stores
If you downgrade from a multi-store plan to a single-store plan, only the primary store will remain after the plan change. You will no longer be able to access any additional stores that have been created on your account. However, should you decide to upgrade in the future, you will be able to access the previously added stores.
Store Design & Layout
Your store design and layout will be maintained after downgrading if changes were made in the Website Editor. However, if you have custom CSS/HTML, these will be lost if you downgrade to a plan that does not support this feature.
Custom CSS/HTML
Editable CSS and HTML is only available on the Premium and Enterprise plans. If you downgrade to the Standard plan and choose to pay the Custom CSS and HTML add-on fee, you will still be able to access the custom CSS and HTML, and customizations to the CSS and HTML will be maintained. If you choose not to pay the add-on fee, you will lose access to the custom CSS and HTML and the system will revert to using the default CSS and HTML. However, should you decide to enable the add-on or upgrade in the future, the customizations you have made to the CSS and HTML will be recovered.
Email and Order Templates
Editable Email and Order Templates is only available on the Premium and Enterprise plans. If you downgrade to the Standard plan and choose to pay the Email and Order Templates add-on fee, you will still be able to access the email and order templates, and customizations to your email and order templates will be maintained. If you choose not to pay the add-on fee, you will lose access to the email and order templates and the system will revert to using the default templates. However, should you decide to enable the add-on or upgrade in the future, the customizations you have made to the email and order templates will be recovered.
Customer Fields
The Customer Fields feature is only available as an add-on on the lower-level plans. If you choose to pay the add-on fee when you downgrade, the custom customer fields will be maintained. If you choose not to keep Customer Fields as an add-on, you will no longer be able to access the custom customer fields that you created prior to downgrading.
Coupon Codes
The Coupon Codes feature is only available as an add-on on the lower-level plans. If you choose to pay the add-on fee when you downgrade, valid coupon codes created before the downgrade can still be used on your website. If you choose not to keep Customer Fields as an add-on, non-expired coupon codes will become invalid after the downgrade.
