Offering diverse payment options is key to meeting customer preferences and increasing your sales potential. One popular payment option is Cash on Delivery (COD), which allows customers to pay for their orders in cash upon receipt. This method is particularly appealing for customers who prefer to pay only after they have received their goods, adding a layer of trust and convenience to the shopping experience. In DecoNetwork, you can configure a manual payment method to function as COD, providing this payment option to your customers. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to set up a manual payment method as Cash on Delivery in DecoNetwork.
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings.
Select Payment Methods.
The main work area will display your currently selected payment gateway in the top panel, currently configured alternative payment methods in the next panel, followed by available credit cards, and currently configured manual payment methods in the bottom panel.
- Scroll down to the manual payment methods section at the bottom of the Payment Methods page.
- Click on the Edit button for the manual payment method that you want to edit.
The manual payment method settings are displayed.
- Tick the Cash on Delivery/Pickup? checkbox.
- When done, click the Save button.
