Turn off the ability to upload an image

You can restrict the ability for customers and staff to upload designs in the Online Designer.

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

1. Log into your >DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Decoration Processes.

   

   

3. Select the decoration process for which you want to turn off the uploading of designs, e.g. DTG Printing.
4. Select Designers Settings.
   

   The Designer Settings are shown in the main work area.

   
5. Scroll down to the User uploaded design settings section.
   
6. Untick the checkboxes as required.
   • Allow users to upload their own designs toggles user uploads on/off system-wide.
   • In store-front designer toggles user uploads on/off in the online store.
   • In Business Hub designer toggles user uploads on/off in Business Hub.
7. Click Save.
