Welcome to our tutorial on enabling blank product purchases for select products in DecoNetwork! Even if you have blank product purchases disabled globally for your store, you have the flexibility to enable this option for individual products. This feature allows you to offer customers the choice to purchase products in their blank, undecorated state on a case-by-case basis. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the steps to configure these settings for specific products, ensuring that you can cater to a wider range of customer needs.
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Products.
- Select a product to configure by either:
- Clicking on the product code.
- Clicking on the product name.
- Clicking on the Manage button beside the product you want to configure, then selecting Edit Product.
The product properties will be shown in the main work area with the General properties tab selected by default.
- Select "Yes" from the Allow Blank Purchase dropdown list.
- Click Save or Save and Continue when done.
