The order of customer fields in the Customer Fields configuration screen will determine the order of customer fields on forms. This article instructs you on how to change the sort order of customer fields in the Customer Fields screen, hence changing the order in which customer fields appear on forms.
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
- You must have the Customer Fields app enabled
To change the sort order of customer fields:
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Fields
- Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the cutomer fields.
- Click Save.
