Set default marketing messages for documents and emails

Marketing messages are included in the content of each email template and order template to promote your business. DecoNetwork gives you the flexibility to edit the message to drive your marketing efforts. This article shows you how to set the default marketing message for all correspondence. Personalize the message to entice your customers to do more business with you.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To set default marketing messages for documents and emails:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings.

   

   

3. Click Email & Order Templates, then Correspondence Settings.
   

   The Corresponding Settings screen is displayed in the work area.

4. Scroll down to the Default Marketing Messages section.
   
5. Edit the messages in the Default plain message and the Default HTML message text boxes.

   If the customer's email client is unable to display HTML email, they will see the plain text version. This will become the default marketing message in all email and order templates. The message can be customized individually for each template.

6. Click Save.
