Delete a gift certificate

You can delete gift certificates via the Gift Certificates page of your Fulfillment Center Admin. Deleting a gift certificate that is valid and still has credit on it will make it unusable.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To delete a gift certificate:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Marketing > Gift Certificates.

3. Select Gift Certificates.

   

   

   The main work area displays a list of already configured gift certificates.

   

   Click the thumbnail to enlarge.

4. Click on the Delete button beside the gift certificate you want to delete.
5. Click OK in the confirmation popup.
