Test mode orders and quotes are often used for trial runs or system testing, but once you're ready to tidy up your workspace, deleting them is the way to go. Unlike live orders, which can only be canceled, test mode orders and quotes can be completely removed from your system. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the straightforward process of deleting test mode quotes or orders, helping you keep your workspace organized and clutter-free.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.
To delete a test quote/order:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
- Click View to load the quote or order you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete Quote or Delete Order action.
- Click YES to continue and delete the quote/order.
