This article explains how to mark orders as shipped from the Shipping page in DecoNetwork’s Business Hub. The Shipping page lists all orders that are ready to be shipped and is designed for efficiently processing multiple orders in day-to-day shipping operations.
This workflow is different from marking individual order items as shipped from the Production tab of an individual order, which is intended for item-level control while an order is still in production and is documented in a separate Help Center article.
When orders or selected items are marked as shipped, DecoNetwork creates a shipment record, updates the order’s shipping status, and, if shipped email notifications are enabled, sends the customer a “shipped” email each time a shipment is recorded.

Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator, Production Manager, or Shipping permission to use this feature
- The order must have the status, "Awaiting shipping"
- Partial Shipping must be enabled if you want to ship individual items instead of entire orders.
- Shipped email notifications must be enabled if you want customers to receive shipment emails.
Why mark orders as shipped from the Shipping page
- Centralized shipping: view and ship all ready-to-ship orders from one operational screen.
- Faster bulk processing: select and ship multiple orders at once.
- Flexible fulfillment: ship entire orders or individual items when Partial Shipping is enabled.
- Accurate shipment records: each shipment action creates a shipment record.
- Clear customer communication: customers can be notified automatically as shipments are recorded.
Shipping page vs Production tab workflows
DecoNetwork provides two related but distinct workflows for marking items as shipped:
-
Shipping page (this article):
- Used after production is complete.
- Displays all orders ready to be shipped in one list.
- Optimized for bulk and operational shipping workflows.
- Supports shipping entire orders or selected items when Partial Shipping is enabled.
-
Production tab of an individual order (separate article):
- Used while an order is still progressing through production.
- Focused on item-level control within a single order.
- Commonly used to ship items incrementally as production jobs are completed.
Step 1: Open the Shipping page
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
-
Browse to Business Hub > Shipping.

All orders ready to be shipped appear on the Shipping page.
Step 2: Select orders or items to ship
- Locate the orders you want to ship in the list.
-
Tick the checkboxes next to each order.

- If Partial Shipping is disabled: selecting the order automatically selects all items in the order.
-
If Partial Shipping is enabled: expand the order (if applicable) and select only the specific order items you want to ship.
Note: When Partial Shipping is enabled, only the selected items will be included in the shipment. Unselected items remain unshipped and continue to appear as pending.
-
Repeat for additional orders or items, or use bulk-selection options to select multiple orders or items at once.
You can click on the checkbox icon at the top of the checkbox column to display the bulk-selection options:

The number in the checkbox indicates the number of orders selected.- Click on select all x line items to select all line items (x is the total number of line items).
- Click on select all line items on this page to select all line items displayed on the current page.
- Click on deselect all to deselect all line items.
Step 3: Mark orders or items as shipped
-
Click on Mark as shipped.

If multiple orders or items are selected a confirmation popup will appear, asking you to enter the number of orders/items that you want to ship.
- Review the confirmation prompt:
- If shipping entire orders, confirm the number of orders selected.
- If shipping individual items, confirm the number of items selected.
-
Enter the number of orders or items, then click OK.
If you enter the incorrect number, a popup will be displayed prompting you to try again.
If the correct number is entered, the status of all selected orders will be changed to Shipped and the orders will be moved to the Shipped tab.
What happens when orders are shipped
- A shipment record is created each time items are marked as shipped.
- The order’s shipping status updates to reflect fully or partially shipped items.
- If shipment email notifications are enabled, the customer receives an “Order Shipped” or “Items Shipped” email whenever an order or shipment is recorded.
Partial shipping behavior
When Partial Shipping is enabled, items from the same order can be shipped in stages from the Shipping page.
- Only the selected items are included in each shipment.
- Each shipment creates its own shipment record.
- Customers may receive multiple shipment emails for a single order.
Best-practice tips
- Use the Shipping page for bulk and daily shipping operations.
- Verify selected orders before confirming shipment.
- Clearly communicate expectations to customers if orders will ship in multiple parcels.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see an order on the Shipping page
- Confirm the order has completed production and is ready to ship.
- Refresh the page if the order status was recently updated.
The customer did not receive a shipment email
- Verify that shipped email notifications are enabled for the fulfillment center.
- Confirm that a shipment record was created.
- Check that the customer’s email address is valid.
