Activate products in bulk

Activating products in bulk is an essential task for maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive storefront in DecoNetwork. Whether you are introducing new products or restocking existing products, activating products in bulk can save you valuable time and effort. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of activating products from your storefront in bulk, ensuring that your DecoNetwork store remains optimized for your business needs.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To activate products in bulk:

1. Log in to Admin.
2. Click Products.
   

   The main work area shows a categories list, a search bar, a bulk actions list, and an Apply Action command along with the list of products selected from supplier catalogs and other products you have added to DecoNetwork.

3. Tick the checkboxes of products you want to activate, select Set Active Status from the dropdown list, then click Apply Action.
   

   You can select all products on the page by clicking on the checkbox in the title row of the table.

   

   You can select all available products by clicking on the "Select all [x] products" link that appears at the end of the Bulk Action row after you have ticked the Select All checkbox.

   

   A Bulk Updating popup will be displayed showing the progress of the bulk action.

   
4. Click OK to commit the changes.
