Hide stock designs from the Online Designer

Stock designs that you add to your fulfillment center are available in the Online Design for all affiliate stores by default. However, you have the flexibility to hide stock designs both globally and for individual stores. You may want to hide stock designs from all affiliate stores in DecoNetwork to maintain brand consistency, ensure exclusivity, and exercise quality control. This approach simplifies customer options, aids in inventory management, and addresses licensing or legal restrictions. Additionally, it supports targeted marketing strategies by controlling which designs are available, ultimately helping to meet business goals and customer expectations.

In this guide, we'll show you how to hide stock designs from the Online Designer at a global level, ensuring that these designs are not available in any of your affiliate stores.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To hide stock designs from the Online Designer:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   Click Global Designer Settings, then Global Designer Settings again.

   

   The Global Designer Settings will load in the Admin area.

   
3. Scroll down to the Design Options section.
   
4. Untick the Show stock designs checkbox.
5. Click Save.
